Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity to provide hands-on care for students during a focused summer school session. This contract role calls for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to support a dynamic educational setting, ensuring the health and wellbeing of participants during a critical learning period.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am 12:00pm daily
- July 13 July 30, 2026
Qualifications:
- Current and active CNA or LNA certification
- Previous experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Nurse Assistant
- Strong commitment to punctuality and 100% attendance throughout the assignment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care and respond swiftly in a school environment
- Experience in school, pediatric, or summer program settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care and daily support to students attending the summer school program
- Monitor and assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Collaborate with educators and other support staff to maintain a safe, healthy environment
- Respond appropriately to health concerns or emergencies following protocol
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with program leaders regarding student health status
