We are looking for a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our team and make a meaningful impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
