We are looking for a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our team and make a meaningful impact in our community.


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
