Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care in Dover, NH.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in behavioral health settings, fostering a supportive environment conducive to recovery.
Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to formulate individualized care plans.
Administer psychotropic medications, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the United States
Minimum one year of recent clinical experience in psychiatric/behavioral health settings
Flexibility to travel and adapt to new environments
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
