Job Description

We care about our educators and want to give you the tools to excel in the classroom. Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated and motivated School Paraprofessional to join our team for a contracted position near Tolleson, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students in various subjects using ABA techniques.
Support students with special needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in classroom activities.
Monitor student progress and behavior, documenting observations and communicating with teachers and parents as necessary.
Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom setup to facilitate learning.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-classroom activities.
