Sunbelt is searching for an experience Admissions Home Health RN for a contract job in Canonsburg, PA. Admissions Home Health RN’s with at least one year of recent home health experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Join our team today!

Responsibilities:

Expertly complete OASIS-C Assessments for Start of Care’s/Admissions
Travel in the Canonsburg, PA area
Wound Care, IV administration, Medication administration, Patient/Family Teaching, among other duties

Work Hours:

8:00AM-5:00PM; 8 Hour Day Shifts
40 hours per week
Some On Call
Some Weekends

Required Experience:

At least one year of experience within the last year of Home Health

Qualifications:

Pennsylvania State Licensure
Basic Life Support Certification
In depth knowledge of OASIS-C

Education:

Degree in Nursing
