Job Description

VocoVision is teaming up with a School District in New Mexico to provide inclusive and top-notch learning experiences for our students. We are actively seeking a Sign Language Interpreter for a school district in NM. This position is 1099 - 100% VIRTUAL.

Position Details:

Open to Full-Time or Part-Time
School Year 2024 - 2025
Caseload: PreK-12

Requirements for SLI:

Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or other communication methods
Previous experience in school settings or teletherapy preferred
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology
Successful completion of a tech screening

Responsibilities of SLI:

Facilitating communication for students encountering speech and language difficulties
Collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and therapists
Maintaining precise documentation
