What Does a Sunbelt Account Executive Do?

The Sunbelt team is dedicated to pairing talented education and healthcare professionals with placements where they can thrive and meet their individual career goals. As an account executive, you will be joining a team of exceptional staffing professionals who shine bright in the education, nursing, and allied healthcare industries.

Working in the office as part of a team, where you will collaborate and make connections daily

Selling staffing solutions and bringing healthcare and education candidates to hospitals, healthcare facilities, or school districts

Partnering with hospitals and school districts nationwide and recruiting personnel to fill open jobs

Creating a pipeline by utilizing sales calls, job postings, and social media outreach

Negotiating contracts and advocating on behalf of the healthcare and education professionals you are working with

Sales, marketing, and account management

Growth opportunities to move up a sales ladder
