Our client, a school district with specialized needs, struggled to find a staffing partner who could go beyond filling one or two roles at a time. While many staffing agencies offered transactional support, the district needed consistent, relationship-driven service—one-on-one attention from a partner who understood their culture and environment.

As a result, the district fully embraces Sunbelt’s professionals—sharing meals, inviting them into cultural events, and even ensuring they received early COVID vaccinations alongside their internal staff.
