SLP Job Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree
• CA SLP License
• ASHA CCC’s preferred not required
• Previous experience working with children or in schools preferred

SLP Job Details:

• Caseload age range based on experience
• Work in a 7th – 12th grade school setting
• Assist and evaluate students in the areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language development
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement interventions
• Conducting assessments and writing reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, fluency, and voice
• Developing treatment plans that are strength-based as well as child and family centered
• Participate and conduct IEP meetings
