Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Near Alamo Heights, TX

I am assisting a well-respected school district near the Alamo Heights, Texas area that needs a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.

SLP Details:

  • Full-Time
  • 40 hours per week
  • 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • New School Year

SLP Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations and assessments of voice, speech, hearing, and language deficits
  • Participate in IEP meetings
  • Gather background information as necessary on the student’s educational, medical, social, and psychological history to assist with determining possible causes of speech delays
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other schoolteachers to implement appropriate interventions

SLP Qualifications:

  • TX SLP License
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • TX State License
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred
