Sunbelt is seeking to hire BCBA to work with an adult caseload. We are holding interviews now, so don't wait to apply!

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

· Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments/Analyses

· Behavior Analysis Services Plans

· Provide direct services for clients

· Provide training and feedback to caregivers/supports on the implementation of the behavior plan

· Monitor implementation of plans through direct observation using implementation proficiency checklists

· Monitor behavior assistants as needed

· Collect ongoing data of targeted behaviors and replacement behaviors

· Graph and analyze data on a weekly basis

· Complete quarterly and annual summaries of services and progress on assigned clients

· Complete service logs on all services provided

· Maintain documentation required for annual reviews and APD

· Present plans to the LRC as required

· Maintain certification by obtaining necessary continuing education credits as specified by the BACB

· Obtain and maintain current required certifications

BCBA Job Qualifications:

· Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

· Capability to complete documentation requirements

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Needs to pass Background/Drug Screening
