Seeking Registered Nurses for Correctional Facility Assignments in Virginia

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses in Pound, Virginia. This is a position in a Correctional Facility- you will pass medications, take vital signs, provide urgent care, report any behavioral issues, and intervene when safe to do so. This State Prison opened in August 1998 and is a supermax state prison operated by the Virginia Department of Corrections. It houses approximately 800 inmates. 
 

Qualifications:

  • Basic Life Support Certification from American Heart Association
  • Active Registered Nursing License in Virginia
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Desire to work in Behavioral Health


Hours: 12 hour night shifts available (5:30pm- 6am)
              Start ASAP! 13 week assignment with possible extension
