LPN - Long Term Care - Contract

We are interivviewing to fill multiple LPN - Long Term Care - Contract positions for a facility in Charleston, WV 25301. The large facility has 100 beds and will need a professionally trained LPN that will assist in maintaining excellent people skills, and be responsible for passing scheduled medication passes, and assessing residents needs throughout the shift.

Qualifications: 

  • Active WV or Compact State License
  • BLS (AHA) Certification 
  • 6-Week Contract with possible extension  
  • Minimum of 1 years of recent Long Term Care experience, travel experience preferred but not required 

Work Hours:

  • 40 Hours per Week
  • Evening shift 3p to 11p
  • Night shift 11p to 7a
