Job Details:

Position: Digital Special Education Teacher
Location: Colorado (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: Academic year
Caseload: K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid Colorado Special Education teaching license or ability to obtain one.
Previous experience working with K-12 students who have mild to moderate diagnoses.
Familiarity with conducting assessments, interpreting data, and developing and implementing IEPs.
Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for virtual instruction and educational resources.
Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
