We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic school district located in Colorado. As a Virtual OT, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that address students' unique needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students' goals and IEP (Individualized Education Program) objectives.
Provide virtual direct and indirect occupational therapy services, including consultations, interventions, and progress monitoring.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records.
Participate in virtual meetings, professional development opportunities, and case conferences as required.

Job Requirements:

Valid Colorado state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a school setting.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in school-based occupational therapy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple caseloads in a remote work environment.
Tech-savviness and proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms and educational technology tools.
Must be licensed in the state you live in along with the Colorado licensure
