We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic school district located in Colorado. As a Virtual OT, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that address students' unique needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students' goals and IEP (Individualized Education Program) objectives.
  • Provide virtual direct and indirect occupational therapy services, including consultations, interventions, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, professional development opportunities, and case conferences as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Colorado state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in school-based occupational therapy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple caseloads in a remote work environment.
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms and educational technology tools.
  • Must be licensed in the state you live in along with the Colorado licensure
