Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Lynn, MA

Position Type: Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Lynn, MA. In this role, you will develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to support students with special needs, collaborating closely with educators, support staff, and families. Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, staff, and families.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
Train and support school staff in implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure alignment with students' academic and behavioral goals.
Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
