Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified and passionate Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our network and make a difference in a progressive healthcare facility located in charming Batavia, NY.


  • Assess and treat patients with a variety of respiratory conditions.
  • Perform pulmonary function tests and administer breathing treatments.
  • Administer respiratory therapies and treatments to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and assessments to evaluate lung function and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and timely interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and interventions.


  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Proficiency in delivering respiratory therapies and treatments in a variety of clinical settings.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests and assessments related to respiratory care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour night shift.
