Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse

Unit: Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Location: Rochester, NY

Sunbelt is searching for an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry (Med Surg/Tele) Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13 Week Contract in Rochester, NY. You will be responsible for providing patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. 12 hour days
7a-7p
36 hours per week
Possible extension based on performance
Travel Friendly facility
Electronic Charting

Education and Certification Requirements:

Degree from an accredited Nursing Program
BLS and ACLS
NY State Nursing License

Required for Interview:

Current Professional Resume
Clinical References
2-3 recent years of experience on the unit

Job Duties:

Safely administer medication
Monitor and record vitals
Provide treatment instructions
Communicate MD orders
Provide discharge instructions
