  • CURRENT Indiana License ARRT CREDENTIALED
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH C-ARM
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS
  • CURRENT BLS,ACLS
  • PREFERRED NIHHS APEX INNOVATIVE STROKE CERTIFICATION.
