Location: Normal, IL

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Echo Technologist for a travel assignment in Normal, IL. This role involves performing echocardiography procedures in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of echocardiographic techniques and possess the necessary certifications. You will work a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform echocardiography procedures, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms
Prepare and position patients for procedures
Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment
Analyze and interpret echocardiographic images
Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Accurately document and code procedures

Qualifications:

ARDMS (AE) or CCI (RCS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Technologist
Proficiency in echocardiography techniques and equipment
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
