There is a 13 week contract now available in Mobile, AL for a Surgical Tech. NBSTA  is not required if you have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technology program.   This is a 13 week assignment with the possibility to extend based on performance. 

This facility is a traveler friendly Level I Trauma Center. Qualified candidates must have scrubbing in on Ortho, Neuro, General, GYN, and Trauma cases. Sunbelt works actively with this facility year round. The area provides plenty of affordable housing options and is located just an hour from some of Norther Florida's underground cave systems. 

Assignment Details:

  • 13 weeks 
  • 36 hours per week 
  • 12 hour days 
  • Set Schedule - Every Wed/Thu/Fri
  • Some on call 
  • Extensions offered 10 weeks into the assignment 


Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience 
  • Active BLS 
  • Level I Trauma preferred 
  • NBSTA preferred
  • Diploma from an accredited Surigcal Technology program -or- military training
