Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to residents needs.
  • Enhance patient safety, mobility, and overall wellbeing through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Accurately document all therapy services using electronic health records, with training provided if necessary.
  • Promote a positive and resident-focused atmosphere within the therapy department.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • Prior experience delivering physical therapy services within senior care settings.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and compassion in patient care.
  • Current CPR certification from recognized organizations such as the American Heart Association or The Red Cross.
  • Compliance with required health screenings including TB testing and COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
  • Successful completion of background check, fingerprinting, and pre-employment physical.

Contract Details: This is a 13-week, full-time contract position requiring 40 hours per week. Start date is available immediately.
