Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize electronic medical records systems effectively, including Meditech Expanse for inpatient/swing care and ReDoc for outpatient documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery and discharge planning.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapist licensure.
  • Experience in hospital-based outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • Proficiency with Meditech Expanse and ReDoc electronic documentation systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
