A rewarding opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist with outpatient pediatrics experience to provide care at multiple locations in the Stephens City, VA region. This contract position offers a schedule with no weekends or on-call duties, allowing for a focused workweek and a balanced lifestyle. You will be flexibly floating between primary outpatient facilities, offering hands-on therapy services that directly impact pediatric patients recovery and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services, specializing in pediatric care
- Float between two area clinics, adapting to different site environments and patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic medical record system (EPIC)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Virginia Physical Therapy license required; indicate licensing status if pending
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Experience working with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Ability and willingness to float between multiple outpatient locations within the region
Schedule:
- Monday and Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- No weekend or on-call responsibilities
