A contracted position is available for a physical therapist in a hospital-based outpatient therapy setting. This role focuses on delivering quality patient care within a supportive and structured environment.

Location:
Point Pleasant, WV is a charming community known for its rich history and welcoming atmosphere. Offering access to scenic river views and a variety of outdoor activities, the area combines small-town comfort with convenient amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to an average of 8 patients daily in an outpatient hospital setting
• Cover outpatient therapy with occasional swing/inpatient coverage as needed
• Accurately document patient treatments utilizing Meditech Expanse for inpatient and swing patients, and ReDoc for outpatient cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift, Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in hospital-based outpatient therapy
• Comfortable managing a patient caseload averaging 8 per day
• Proficiency with Meditech Expanse and ReDoc charting systems preferred
• Ability to provide coverage in both outpatient and inpatient/swing settings as needed
