A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Physical Therapist to support acute care patients in a 253-bed hospital with a dedicated 20-bed Inpatient Rehab unit. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage daily caseloads averaging 9-10 patients, maintaining a 75% productivity standard.
• Utilize mobility equipment and assist patients across various levels of inpatient care.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including OT and SLP to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately using Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Physical Therapist license is required.
• Degree of MPT or DPT from an accredited institution.
• Prior acute care experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system preferred.
• Experience working in ICU settings is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, outgoing personality.
