A rewarding opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults. Responsibilities include conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations, creating and implementing tailored treatment plans to improve residents' mobility and safety, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Accurate documentation using Net Health software will be part of daily duties, with training provided if needed. Fostering a resident-centered and positive culture within the therapy department is paramount.

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Current PA Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Experience working with senior populations
  • Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities
  • Ability to approach care with compassion, flexibility, and professionalism
  • Compliance with healthcare standards including recent two-step PPD or TB test, CPR certification, COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, background check, fingerprinting, and a recent physical examination
