Job Description
Provide physical therapy services in a hospital setting with a focus on acute and inpatient care. This contract position is based in New Berlin, WI, offering an opportunity to apply your skills within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Physical Therapy license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of two years of acute or inpatient physical therapy experience.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system.
- Ability to work six weekend days during the 13-week contract.
- Flexibility to work holidays as needed.
- Willingness to float onsite within your skill set or to nearby sites within a 40-mile radius if required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to hospitalized patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EPIC for patient records.
- Adapt to varying work locations and schedules to meet patient care needs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional standards.
