Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and deliver tailored treatment plans.
  • Enhance residents safety, mobility, and quality of life with evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary rehab team, nursing staff, and healthcare partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions using specialized software (training provided).
  • Promote a positive, resident-centered atmosphere within the therapy department.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania, in good standing.
  • Background in senior care with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven professionalism with a flexible, compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Completion of a two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days before starting.
  • CPR certification through The American Heart Association or The Red Cross.
  • Current Covid vaccination or documented exemption.
  • Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting.
  • Up-to-date physical examination by an authorized healthcare provider.
  • Resume submission required.
