Deliver specialized physical therapy services in a dynamic healthcare setting in Ashdown, AR, focusing on patient-centered care with measurable outcomes. This contract opportunity involves working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends or on-call duties, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Arkansas physical therapy license or compact license accepted
- Experience with OASIS and PointCare preferred
- Proficient in performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders
- Ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that promote patient independence and function
- Skilled in communicating patient progress effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Knowledgeable in clinical documentation and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA standards
- Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Additional Details:
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.49 per mile covering Howard, Sevier, Hempstead, Pike, Little River, Miller, and Pope counties
