An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist with specialized NICU experience to support hospital patients in the Saint Cloud, MN area. This role is a contract position offering a consistent day shift schedule with a 5-day, 8-hour workweek and every fourth weekend on call.

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with healthcare regulations
- Engage with families to support patient goals and education
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license or application submitted (estimated license ETA: 6 weeks)
- Minimum of 1 year occupational therapy experience
- Previous NICU experience is a must
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Every 4th weekend coverage required
