Job Description

This opportunity invites experienced Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality inpatient therapy services in a hospital setting. As an essential member of the rehabilitation team, you will support patients recovering from illness or injury, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic activities aimed at improving patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive functions.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license.
  • Experience in inpatient occupational therapy preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic patient needs in a hospital environment.
