Duration: August 12, 2024 - September 30, 2024

Job Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time position, covering a leave from August 12, 2024, to September 30, 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP to provide essential services to students in Mississippi through a virtual platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Active Mississippi SLP License
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Department of Education (DOE) Certification under one of the following guidelines:
    • Class AA: Master’s degree level license
    • Class AAA: Specialist degree level license
    • Class AAAA: Doctorate degree level license
  • Previous school-based experience and/or telehealth experience is preferred
