Job Description

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist with VocoVision, you will have the privilege of working from your own home, providing essential support to K-12 students. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering virtual therapy sessions. 

  • Assessment Excellence: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and individual student needs.
  • Virtual Therapy: Deliver engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions to students, focusing on speech and language goals.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment results, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.


  • Educational Qualifications: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a valid Iowa license.
  • Experience Matters: Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with expertise in assessments and developing IEPs.
  • Passion for Helping Others: Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.
  • Tech Savvy: Be comfortable working remotely and have access to reliable internet and necessary computer equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
