Job Description

VocoVision is partnered with a school district in Indiana to fill an urgent need for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services. The selected individual must have minimum 2 years of in person experience as an SLP with their Certificate of Clinical Competency. VocoVision provides the unique opportunity to work as an independent contractor with a school district - allowing for flexibility in your schedule as well as the ability to provide services to students desperately in need and otherwise unable to receive them. Requirements:

IN SLP License
Pediatrics experience
ASHA CCC
Must provide your own liability insurance
Must be able to pass a basic technical screening
Must have access to stable Wi-Fi as well as an updated computer
- Chromebooks and iPads are NOT acceptable computers for the tech screening or VocoVision software.

Experience:

At least 2 years experience working in a school setting
Experience working with elementary age students
Experience with a range of degrees of disability

Job Details:

Contract
Full time (40 hours/week)
Caseload
- K-12
- Varied mild to moderate general and special ed
- SLP will
  - oversee assessments and evaluations
  - Provide direct therapy services in line with both long and short term student goals
  - Attend IEP meetings
Competitive pay
- Compensated at the same rate for direct and indirect time worked
- Guaranteed hours
