Job Description

VocoVision partnered with a school district in South Carolina, who is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team.

Job Requirements:

Active License in the state of South Carolina
Master’s Degree in Communications / Speech Pathology
ASHA CCC’s
Professional Liability Insurance
2 Years of School Experience Minimum Preferred But Not Required.

Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty

Identify students’ goals for treatment.
Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs.
Differentiating between speech and language comprehension and disorders.
Improving communication, language development, articulation, and social communication.
Perform assessments and diagnosis of speech, language, and hearing impairments.
Will meet with parents and advise them of their child’s areas of need and progress of development.
