Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Farmington, UT. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elementary through high school students with mild to severe disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in elementary, middle and high school students with mild to severe disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students based on their specific needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students to help them improve their communication skills, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to speech and language services.
Document progress and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Utah and USBE license.
Must have experience working with high school students with mild to severe disabilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred.
