Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Farmington, UT. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elementary through high school students with mild to severe disabilities.


  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in elementary, middle and high school students with mild to severe disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students based on their specific needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students to help them improve their communication skills, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to speech and language services.
  • Document progress and provide feedback to team members.


  • Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Utah and USBE license.
  • Must have experience working with high school students with mild to severe disabilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred.
