Speech Language Pathologist Job Part-Time North Chicago, IL

For the upcoming school year, Sunbelt is currently looking to hire a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the North Chicago, IL area. Pediatric and school experience is highly desired for this SLP opportunity. Come join our team and apply today!

SLP Job Details:

• Part-Time, Contract
• 3 days a week, 22.5 hours per week
• 8:00 am – 4:00 pm  
• High School caseload
• Assist and evaluate students in the areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language development
• Provide direct therapy services in the school environment
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and conferences
• Ability to use of a wide range of test materials and assessment procedures
• Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet students’ needs
• Develop treatment plans including goals and objectives

SLP Requirements:

• IL SLP License
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• IL PEL Credential  
• IEP experience preferred
