Speech Language Pathologist Job Opening | Elementary (PreK-5th Grade) Caseload | 3-4 Days/Week

Sunbelt Staffing is on the lookout for a talented Speech Language Pathologist. We are teaming up with a school district in the Charlestown, West Virginia area. They are looking for candidates who can do a hybrid (part on-site/part virtual) schedule. This position is for 3-4 days per week - candidates will have a say in their schedule. 

Job Details: 

  • Pre-Kindergarten - 5th Grade Caseload
  • Current school year
  • Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Educating students and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events
  • Keeping detailed records relating to student conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress
  • Reporting progress and status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals

Candidates must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of West Virginia. 

  • Master’s degree in Speech-language Pathology.
  • Valid state license or certification.
  • Experience working in schools is preferred
  • Experience utilizing teletherapy is preferred
    • We will consider SLPs in their Clinical Fellowship year if they have had some school experience.
