?Special Procedure Rad Tech 

  • MUST be able to respond within 30 minutes
  • Hours are approximately 8:30-4:30 M-F.
  • Call starts at 4:30p-8:30a  M-Th and 4:30p Fri until 8:30a Mon.
  • Call is required at least one night per week and one weekend per schedule, but they may be asked to cover holes.
The Special Procedure Radiology Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The Radiology Technologist, maintains a state license as a general radiographer, and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of: basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services and routine procedures.
