Job Description

Seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher for a full-time position near Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Join our team and work with approximately 16 K-8 multidisciplinary students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet each student's unique needs and abilities
Provide specialized instruction and support in various subjects for K-8 students
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive and student-centered approach
Regularly assess and monitor students' progress, and effectively communicate with parents and the school team

Requirements:

Valid Ohio State license as a Special Education Teacher
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Experience working with K-8 students with diverse learning needs
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
A genuine dedication to empowering students and supporting their overall development
