Location: Limestone, IL

Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher to join our team in Limestone, IL. This full-time position involves working as a co-teacher with high school students

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with general education teachers to create an inclusive and differentiated learning environment
Provide support and instruction to high school grade students with diverse needs
Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to tailor instruction for each student's unique requirements
Cultivate a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere to encourage active engagement
Empower students to achieve academic and social milestones in a supportive setting

Requirements:

Must be a valid US Citizen
Active IL LBS1 license
Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher working with different caseloads
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
