Job Description

Sunbelt is actively hiring an experienced Special Education Teacher!  Two years of experience is required when applying for this job. Contract experience is preferred, but newcomers are welcome to apply! This job will be for the upcoming School Year with potential extension for next year! Candidate must be able to interview quickly and meet compliance. This job is also available to be remote/virtual. 

Qualifications for a Special Education Teacher: 

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • IL SPED License/ Endorsement/ Certificate
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or equivalent.
