Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. In this role, you will support students with communication challenges under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Your contributions will help students improve their speech, language, and social skills, enhancing their overall academic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments as directed.
  • Support students in one-on-one or small group sessions to practice communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom.
  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with parents and team members.
