Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and assessments.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Document student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from an accredited institution.
• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Specialist certification
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
