Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for a fulltime position in Roxbury, MA. This role begins August 24, 2026 and runs through June 16, 2027.
Position Overview
- Discipline: Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
- Schedule: Full time, 32.5 hours/week, 8:30 AM3:00 PM
- Location: Roxbury, MA
- Caseload: One 9th grade student
- Assignment: Single school
- Start/End Dates: 8/24/26 6/16/27
- Certification Required: Valid Massachusetts TVI certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative TVI services to a high school student
- Develop accessible instructional materials
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Support IEP goals and documentation
- Implement best practices for students with visual impairments
