Qualifications:

  • Certified Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI)
  • Experience working with students with visual impairments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Knowledge of assistive technology and resources for visually impaired students
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and locations

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct educational services to students with visual impairments, ensuring the implementation of IEP goals.
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to enhance the learning environment for students.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress.
