This opportunity seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support high school students in grades 9 through 12 in Wilmington, DE. The role is a contract position for the current school year, offering 35 hours per week over 5 days, designed to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment tailored to meet individual student needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Possession of Delaware Special Education Certification
• Experience working with high school students, particularly in special education settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
