In this contract position, you'll work 37.5 hours per week and manage a caseload of 16 to 20 students. Your knowledge and commitment will be essential in providing customized instruction, collaborating with colleagues, and empowering students to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Special Education teaching certification (emergency certificates are not accepted)
• Experience working in a school environment with students requiring individualized support
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and support staff
• Ability to create and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans for students with varying learning challenges
• Assess student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to ensure best outcomes for all students
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for compliance and communication purposes
