Qualifications:

• Hold a Preliminary or Clear Education Specialist Instruction Credential, or be eligible for an emergency credential.
• For Mild to Moderate positions, Mild/Moderate Authorization is required.
• For Moderate to Severe positions, Moderate/Severe Authorization is necessary.
• Strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs) and relevant teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt instructional plans to meet the varying needs of students.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to create a comprehensive support system.
• Assess and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policies.
• Facilitate a positive and structured learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and IEP meetings as required.
